    All you need to survive 3 days with no mains electricty,gas or water and in a bit of comfort.This well researched kit will mean you are prepared for a variety of situations from a power cut to a terrorist attack.
  • 9 x Hot pack self heating meal shelf life = 2 years.
  • 12 x 1/2 litre packets of water in 50mm sachets.This water is mainly used in lifeboats as part of the emergency rations. It meets world health organisation standards and is U.S. Coastguard approved. Shelf life = 4 years. Although if stored in a cool dark place and rotated once a year, i would be quite happy to drink it after 10 years.
  • 1 x Chemical toilet with manual flush.
  • 1 x Set of chemicals (so it wont pong too much).
  • 4 x Rolls of loo paper.
  • 1x Wind up emergancy phone charger(suitable for Nokia,Ericsson,Motorola and Siemens)..
  • 2 x Rolls of duct tape (for sealing a survival room).
  • 1 x Phillips or sony wind up radio (the best ones i tested).
  • 1 x Hexy block cooker and spare fuel tablets.
  • 1 x Small fire extinguisher.
  • 1 x Camping cook set (including kettle).
  • 1 x Ceramic tile to put cooker on (stops the carpet burning).
  • 1 x 500mm enamel mug.
  • 6 x Night light candles.
  • 1 x Head torch (so you can use your hands e.g. going to the loo at night).
  • 1 x Set of spare batteries for both the torch and the phone charger.
  • 1 x Combat survival tin (button compass, night light, flint/striker/cutter, book matches, pencil, sewing kit, wire saw, whistle saw, whistle, snare wire, water purification tablets, safety pins, fishing kit and instructions).
  • 1 x Pack of wipes (for washing).
  • 1 x Pack of cards.
  • 1 x 50g pack of tobacco + 4 packs of rizzlas (non-smokers should note that tobacco is often used as a currency after a disaster e.g. Berlin 1945. Smokers should know that i would not recommend smoking in a confined space,However leaving your survival room to hunt for fags could mean your death hence their inclusion).
  • 1 x Clipper lighter.
  • 3 x Bin bags.
  • 1 x Waterproof containers.
  • 1 x Pair of thinsulate gloves.
  • 1 x Pair of thermal socks.
  • 1 x Thinsulate hat.
  • 1 x Writing pad and paper.
  • 1 x Swiss army knife (victorinox ) (large blade and small blade, corkscrew, 5 screwdrivers, can opener and cap lifter, wire stripper, tweezers and toothpick, scissors and wood saw, multi purpose hook, fish scaler with hook + disgorger and rule, nailfile + nail cleaner + metal saw, chisel and scrapper, pliers with wire cutters and crimping tool, magnifying glass, ballpoint pen, stainless steel pin + sewing eye).
  • 1 x First aid kit (plasters, bandages, antiseptic cream, antiseptic wipes and scissors).
  • 1 x Beverage packs (tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar and whiteners).
